Athena is a 10-year-old Palomino mare that stands around 15.1hh. She is a very stout-built gal and can carry almost any size of rider. Athena has an outstandingly smooth and natural four-beat gait from 4-12mph. She is as soft as any horse you will set on and is soft for any rider. Not only will she gait smooth for any rider, but she is also broken for any rider in the family to ride from the smallest to the biggest, youngest to old; no experience is required; Athena will teach you how to ride! You won’t find a trail that’s too rough or tough for her either; she’ll go through anything you ask her and will keep her rider safe while doing it.

Athena walks when climbing the steep hills. She goes patiently and quickly down the rocky mountainside and crosses water, bridges, logs, and anything else that might be in your way. She’s been ridden around dogs and other livestock. Athena gets along with other horses when she turns out to pasture.
