Adaline stands around 15.2HH and is a stout built Molly (Mare) Mule. She is 10 years old and is one fancy lady! I bought Adaline last winter from a neighbor lady who was retiring from riding. Since owning her, Adaline has been used on the ranch, I have taken her to the stackyards and penned cattle on her and she has been trail ridden… she has done it all! But the trails are her favorite thing to do! She is gentle, laid back, and never in a hurry; she eases down the trails without caring about the world! Adaline has a nice lope and a good stop; she reins around easily and backs.
Adaline is easy to tack up, and she is crupper friendly. Although she has a good wither and holds a saddle better than many horses, she is 100% okay to handle with her ears and is farrier friendly, too! She has been exposed to various wildlife, such as deer and turkey, and will go anywhere she is asked to. She has braved many miles in the mountains and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. She will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and all rough terrain while still being sure-footed. She has been riding in traffic, and is very traffic safe around cars, semi, log, and dump trucks. She has a great attitude about whatever she is asked to do.
