Alfred

Alfred is a striking red roan gelding!!! He’s our treasure and the dream horse every horse lover wishes for!!! Al is the buddy everyone needs; this 5-year-old red roan gelding stands at 14.3 hands and has been a superstar on our ranch. He is a horse that is always safe and reliable, one that you can trust to take care of his rider. We’ve used him for gathering, branding, and doctoring cattle, and he’s just a joy to ride with his friendly and gentle nature. If you can hold the reins, you can ride him! Al is such a pleasure; he’s got this old soul vibe that makes him feel wise beyond his years. He rides low-headed and collected in the arena, picks up leads smoothly, and has a nice turnaround and a super easy sliding stop. He rides like a Reiner. Out on the trails, he’s a champ, navigating narrow paths, thick brush, and even crossing rivers calmly. Plus, he’s got this striking coat that catches everyone’s eye, and his classy style is just the cherry on top! He’s tackled obstacle courses like a seasoned veteran showing off with tarps, balls, and tires, nothing phases him!

Al loves working with cows, enjoys roping, and has been roped on, showcasing some real talent. He’s been around cars, wildlife, and trucks, and remains calm no matter what. Honestly, he’s exceptional in every way, and he’s got so much life ahead to build a fantastic bond with his new family. He’s like a member of ours, so kind and easygoing!
