Roses are red, violets are blue, and JT needs a new home. Is it with you??? Jubal T’s Johnzy Rose (AKA JT) is a stocky built 15 to 15.1hh, 8 yr old, Chocolate flax mane and tail Gelding!!! He is a registered Rocky Mountain Horse and has a good pedigree! We bought JT from a friend of ours and JT had been his wife’s horse for the last 4 years. She sold him because she was pregnant and wouldn’t be riding anymore for a while. They have had JT trail riding several states from Missouri to West Virginia and from Florida to Ohio, JT has went on numerous overnight or 3-4 day rides, while riding in many state and national forest, and they have been ridden extensively locally too.

JT is easy to catch, clip, bathe and load. He is gentle and safe for most beginners to ride. He will flatfoot walk slowly on a loose rein or he can move on out if you ask. He has a very smooth gait with a nice easy canter. He has had 2 months of professional gaiting, trail, and bombproof training. He has been ridden around farm equipment, ATVs, over large noisy tarps and has also had guns shot off of his back. No matter where he goes or what he does, JT is not spooky acting. On the trails he is always great! JT has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife, such as deer, turkey, or other animals like cows or dogs, and will go anywhere he is asked to.

He has ridden many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and through all rough terrain while still being sure-footed. He has been riding in traffic and is very traffic-safe around cars, semis, logs, and dump trucks. He has a great personality and attitude about whatever he is asked to do.
