This is “MIDNIGHT THUNDER”, a fancy, intelligent, experienced, and friendly black FRIESIAN PERHCERON CROSSBRED GELDING. He is broke to ride and drive. He stands 16.1 hands tall and is 4 years old. He has been through cross-country driving courses and has pulled a wagon, cart, and farm machinery. He has been trail ridden and will cross water quietly under harness or tack. He is quiet and will only go as fast as you ask of him. He has a big stop, backs up, and moves off of leg cue. This gelding has been ridden in English, Western English, and indoor and outdoor arenas. He will lope nice circles, one step lope, and catch his leads. Youth riders have ridden him with no issues. He is a horse that genuinely aims to please. He will ride out alone bravely or will travel peacefully in a group. He is confident, calm, collected, and cool when unloaded in new places. He has been in several holiday parades and is okay with commotion, traffic, and noise. He is a well-mannered young Friesian gelding who wants to be good. He likes people, enjoys attention, and gets along well with all new horses he meets. He has been around skid steers, tractors, side by sides, and other heavy equipment. He is the hard to find kind with his ride, demeanor, training, and ability. He stands to harness, hitch, tack, mount, and groom. He stands for a mounting block and you can get on from either side of him. He will ride bareback and he has packed saddle bags. He is a lovely horse that does not take advantage of timid riders. He is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a lifelong partner to bond with. He is easy to drive, comfortable, and fun to ride.
