Orca is the most peaceful, gentle, and the STOUT-EST little 11-hand pony you can find! He is literally about as wide as he is tall! You can enjoy this pony whether you are only 1 …or 91! He’s big and thick, made enough for the bigger kids and the more miniature adults to hop on and enjoy a ride. He will peacefully walk all day long, in an oversized loose drapey rain, and he guides you quickly anywhere you want to go. He is in no hurry to go anywhere and is suitable for any level of little rider. We got this special pony directly from the Amish family who raised him, and he raised an entire herd of their little kiddos. Because of his naturally laid-back and in no hurry to go anywhere demeanor, he was the very first one that the little bitties rode. He is only 10 years old and could be able to be in your family for a couple of sets of little ones, while still being incredibly seasoned for his young age! He is an exceptionally easy keeper – he will cost less to feed than most of your family dogs do! He adores babies and little tiny kids and enjoys lots of loving, brushing, and attention! He will peacefully stand with his head down and nap – if the situation calls for! He is perfect for riding down the side of the highway, into town, around, and in traffic. He hops right on the trailer like a seasoned old gentleman and is extremely easy to saddle and bridle. He will stand next to anything quietly while you climb on! He happily crosses water, and will ride anywhere you want him to in a group of horses, or he is also extremely comfortable and quiet and relaxed riding alone. Zero issues worrying about the barn or leaving his buddies. He is super cozy and easy to ride bareback, we have thrown a halter on him and swung up on him many times.

Most of the time, the kids ride him and ride bareback because he is so vast and cozy to sit on! He is excellent with time off and one of those rare ponies that you can leave out for 2 months and grab and use him and he’s the same. He is one of the special ones that stays relaxed, civilized, and broke – and doesn’t turn silly if you leave him turned out for a while. Please call us anytime with questions about Orca. Orca is barefoot and has excellent feet, his teeth were just done by our equine dentist last month, his feet were just trimmed this week, and he also was dewormed at that time. He is in great shape, definitely a lot on the fat side (his side blubber is where he got his name!) He is an easy keeper and in good health.
