Ten Bears is around 14.2hh, is very stout built, and has a Grulla Branded Mustang Gelding with the tiger stripes on his legs and dorsal stripe down his back. He is a stoutly built horse that will carry a large rider but is gentle enough to take the smallest of riders. Ten Bears is the friendliest horse that you will ever meet! He has been owned and ridden for several years by an older rider who has retired from riding. He is safe and gentle for anyone to ride and our kids have rode him around the barn, trail ridden him, took him through own and even shot basketball off of him.

He will neck rein, spin a circle, side pass, slide stop, and back. He is always the same, calm-eyed, level-headed horse with a gentle nature, no matter how often you ride him or don’t ride him, he stays broke! He has never offered to buck or balk up and is always easy going and well mannered. He has been trail ridden in several states and has seen everything possible on the trails. He will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He has a very smooth jog and a very lovely slow collected lope! He is easy to bathe, tack-up, load, handle and will be the first horse to come to you in the pasture.

On the trail,s he has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife,e such as dee,r turke,y or other animal,s like cow,s or dog,s and will go anywhere he is askedtoo. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and all rough terrain while still being sure-footed.
